ABOUT
Holly has been practising yoga for over 15 years. With a background in dance and the perfoming arts, her approach to teaching is deeply rooted in anatomical understanding, whilst creating a space for students to express themselves and explore their own bodies.
An avid climber and lover of the outdoors, Holly continually returns to yoga to build strength, mobility and resiliance. Her practice is dynamic and playful, building a foundation of intuituve movement that is individual to each and every body.
Holly completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga London, and is accredited by Yoga Alliance.
ONLINE CLASSES

A fast-paced flow to set you up for the day.
Modifications and variations will be offered for all bodies, but some experience of yoga is recommended.
This class is donation based - pay what you feel through the link below. 25% of all proceeds will go to Solace Women's Aid.

A flowing class to energise your Sunday morning.
Suitable for all bodies and all levels of experience.
This class is hosted by Flip Your Dog 4 Mental Health. All proceeds go to to fantastic mental health charities.
